What customers should check before opening a billing ticket
Start with the account page, confirm plan state, and understand what the billing portal can do. That resolves a lot of questions without waiting on support.
- The account page shows current tier, membership status, credit balances, and plan state.
- If a Stripe-backed billing profile exists, the billing portal can be used to manage future renewals.
- Recurring plans and one-time plans behave differently. Check the live pricing page if you are not sure which one you bought.
- If the account looks stale after a successful payment, refresh first and then contact support with the account details if it still looks wrong.
