Good support starts with the right context. Safe docs also stop short of the kind of detail that would weaken the hosted product.
- Focus support requests on the page used, the step that failed, and what you expected to happen.
- Use docs first for workflow, credits, pricing, and billing questions.
- Do not expect reverse-engineering guidance, decoder-facing notes, or private engine detail from the help center.
- If you need human help after reading the relevant guide, use the support page or Discord with clear context.
